2021 Toyota Venza Debuts

Toyota recently announced the all-new 2021 Toyota Venza, a midsize two-row crossover. The Venza delivers excellent handling, effortless acceleration, a smooth ride and a quiet cabin. Here at McGrath Elmhurst Toyota, we love the beautiful exterior styling of the 2020 Toyota Venza, and we’re looking forward to its arrival in our showroom this summer.

The all-new 2021 Toyota Venza features the Toyota Hybrid System II powertrain and the automaker’s advanced Electronic On-Demand All-Wheel Drive. The Venza provides exceptional performance, whether you’re driving in an urban environment or cruising on the highway. Fuel economy is expected to be excellent, with Toyota estimating 40 mpg in combined driving for the LE trim.

Built in Japan, the 2021 Toyota Venza utilizes Toyota’s New Global Architecture K platform, which is in use in some current sedans and crossovers. The Venza combines a carlike driving experience with the versatility of a crossover SUV.

The Venza seats five passengers and is powered by a hybrid system that utilizes a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that runs in tandem with three electric motors. The resulting total output is 219 horsepower.

A long list of technology features are available, including heated and ventilated front seats, a 10-inch color head-up display, a digital rear-view mirror, a panoramic glass roof, a 12.3-inch touchscreen display, a 7-inch multi-information display (MID) and a six-speaker audio system. Standard connectivity features include Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Amazon Alexa compatibility and Bluetooth. Audiophiles will love the optional JBL Premium audio system with 9 speakers, including a rear subwoofer.

The TNGA-K platform provides the 2021 Toyota Venza with outstanding collision protection, while the Toyota Safety Sense system comes with several active safety features, including full-speed range dynamic radar cruise control, road sign assist, pre-collision system with daytime/low-light vehicle and pedestrian detection, daytime bicycle detection, lane departure alert with steering assist, and automatic high beams.
