Elmhurst Artists’ Guild Winter Members Show

Art lovers will want to make sure to check out the Elmhurst Artists’ Guild Winter Members Show, which runs through March 19, 2022, at the EAG Gallery. The exhibition features work from local artists based in Elmhurst and Chicagoland. At McGrath Elmhurst Toyota, we look forward to this opportunity to discover art from our community’s gifted artists. We hope you’ll get a chance to take in the Winter Members Show. It’s a great way to support our local artists and have fun in the process!

EAG Winter Members ShowYou’ll find the work of many area artists at the exhibition. The pieces include different styles from media, such as painting, photography, digital art, ceramics, sculpture and more! Works in the Elmhurst Artists’ Guild Winter Members Show include “Village Along Lake Maggiore” by Lynette Hoy, “Marazmyth” by Colleen Zana, “Midnight Messenger” by Dorothy Bury Shaw, and  Come Around Sundown” by Jennifer Myers.

Most of the pieces in the exhibition are available to purchase. “There’s a lot of new and exciting work from our members,” said Charlene Lee Freislinger, President of EAG. “Most pieces are for sale. Think gift giving!”

The EAG gallery is nonprofit and is run by the Guild. Members come from many diverse backgrounds, including professional artists, self-taught artists, printmakers, educators, corporate art directors, and more.

The opening reception for the EAG Winter Members Show takes place on Friday, Feb. 11 from 7-9 p.m. The public is invited to attend this free event. The show will be juried at this time.

The EAG Winter Members show runs through March 19, 2022. The exhibition is open during the museum’s regular business hours:

  • Wednesday and Thursday: 12-5 p.m.
  • Friday through Sunday: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
