Enjoy Art in Wilder Park

Join the Elmhurst Art Museum as it presents the 25th Annual Art in Wilder Park. The event takes place on Saturday, April 30, and Sunday, May 1, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Bring the whole family and experience art from over 125 artists from all over the Midwest, including jewelry, wood, ceramics, glass, painting, sculpture, photography, paper and mixed media. This free event also features food vendors, live music and entertainment, and children’s activities hosted by various community organizations. Art in Wilder ParkThe organizers of the 25th Annual Art in Wilder Park event expect over 10,000 attendees, so come on out to the park and enjoy the festivities. You’ll see some outstanding artwork, and you’ll have the opportunity to talk to the artists. Attendees also are invited to visit the Elmhurst Art Museum’s free exhibition: Houses of Tomorrow: Solar Homes From Keck to Today.

“The Elmhurst Art Museum is proud to be the new lead co-organizer of this popular Elmhurst tradition,” said John McKinnon, executive director of the Elmhurst Art Museum. “After two years of isolation and uncertainty, we’re thrilled to host an estimated 8,000 to 10,000 visitors on our museum campus at Wilder Park, located in the heart of Elmhurst.”

Art in Wilder Park is presented by the Elmhurst Art Museum and RGL Marketing for the Arts in partnership with the Elmhurst Park District. Festival sponsors include Explore Elmhurst, Chiro One, Mosaic Counseling and Wellness, Maxine, The Home Improvement Network, Lizzadro Museum of Lapidary Art, The Container Store, Brewpoint Coffee, Elmhurst University, Park Place of Elmhurst and more.
