Holiday Events in Elmhurst!

The holidays are finally here! At McGrath Elmhurst Toyota we could not be more excited to get out and celebrate with the community. Here are a few of the events we’re looking forward to most this year:

Elmhurst Multi-Chamber Holiday Networking Breakfast

When: Tuesday, December 15 at 8am

Where: Waterford Banquets

Tickets: Free, but bring something to donate!

We’re so excited to join our neighbors and other local business owners at the Multi-Chamber Holiday Networking Event hosted by Clarion Inn & Waterford Conference Center. This event is also about helping to relieve the hunger of our neighbors in need in Elmhurst, Oak Brook and Villa Park among others. You can donate online or bring donation items with you. We’re looking for toiletries, ramen noodles, cookies, crackers, jello/pudding mixes, cleaning supplies and other non-perishable goods. Visit https://eyfp.org/how-to-donate/ to learn more.

Elmhurst Art Museum Holiday Party

When: Saturday, December 19 from noon – 4pm

Where: Elmhurst Art Museum

150 Cottage Hill Avenue

Elmhurst, IL 60126

Tickets: Regular museum admission (Adults: $8 / Kids ages 18 and under: Free)

Enjoy holiday crafts, food and beverages while surrounded by fine art. There’ll even be a visit from Santa! Exhibitions currently on display include David Wallace Haskin’s incredible Skycube installation and selections from the museum’s collection, including work by Biennial artists Lise Haller Baggesen, Richard Koppe, Maria Gaspar, and others.

Pin the Carrot on the Snowman

When: Every day until December 27 at 11am

Where: Mariano’s Gourmet Grocery Store

678 N. York Street

Tickets: Free!

Bring the kids out to Mariano’s for fresh food and the chance to play Pin the Carrot on the Snowman. Winners receive a sweet treat! If you haven’t been to Mariano’s yet, this is a great opportunity to sample some truly high-quality groceries at a reasonable price.

The Trans-Siberian Orchestra

When: Monday, December 28 at 4pm

Where: Allstate Arena

6920 North Mannheim Road

Rosemont, IL

Tickets: $40.50 – $72.50

Don’t miss this chance to see the internationally acclaimed Trans-Siberian Orchestra live in concert in Rosemont! This year is the Trans-Siberian Orchestra’s live debut performance of The Ghosts of Christmas Eve and they’re set to come out with a new, amazing light show to rival years past. (And if you’ve ever seen them before you know how difficult that is!) This live show is one of our favorite traditions. We hope to see you and your family there too!
