Santa’s Workshop at Wilder Mansion

We can reveal the secret location of Santa’s workshop this year. Children of all ages can visit this enchanted toy shop at Wilder Mansion on Saturday, Dec. 3, from 1-4 p.m. Santa’s elves will take a break from toymaking so that kids and parents can have the place all to themselves. Santa’s Workshop at Wilder Mansion is a holiday store just for kids. Children can purchase gifts for mom, dad, friends, teachers, and even pets. Here at McGrath Elmhurst Toyota, we eagerly anticipate this annual event. Kids will have fun while learning the value of giving to others during the holiday season.

The stately Wilder Mansion is the perfect location to host Santa’s Workshop. The house will be decorated for the holidays, adding even more festive cheer. Kids and parents will love the economically priced items they’ll find for sale. Wilder Mansion has a long history dating back to 1868 when it was purchased by Seth Wadhams. Originally known as White Birch, the estate also belonged to the King and Wilder families. The Elmhurst Park District purchased the home in 1921. It has been a cherished landmark in the Elmhurst community ever since.

This year’s event is sponsored by Kelly Stetler Real Estate and Compass. The Elmhurst Park District and local organizations and businesses provided the holiday gifts on sale at Wilder Mansion.
