The Return of the DuPage Comic Con

will feature exciting guests, cosplay contests, gaming tournaments, toys, games, merchandise, and more than 150 artist tables. At McGrath Elmhurst Toyota, we think this sounds like an awesome event, and we’re glad it’s coming to the Chicagoland area.

Many Chicago-based guests are scheduled to appear at the DuPage Comic Con, including comic book artist Bixtone Productions, geeky apparel maker Logan Arch Chicago, graphic designer Alex Kujawa, digital artist Lauren Schermerhorn, fantasy illustrator Joan de Art, and fantasy artist Jordan Lablond. Professional model, streamer and cosplayer Julie Kitten Cosplay will also make an appearance.

Other scheduled guests include paranormal and fantasy authors Joynell Schultz and Sage Schultz, supernatural comic publisher Cagey Comics, Upper Deck and Marvel sketch artist Othell Flowers, felt maker Cozy Companion Crafts, urban fantasy writer D. Lieber, comic creator Aeonian Dawn, clay figurine maker Bard’s Beasts, Tokusatsu-inspired comic creator Bustillo Publishing, and many more.

Everyone who attends the DuPage Comic Con will receive a free comic at the door. Attendees who pre-order passes online can enter the event 30 minutes early, bypassing the crowds.
