Toyota Tacoma Rolls Out 2021 Special Editions

The Toyota Tacoma isn’t resting on its laurels. America’s best-selling midsize pickup for 15 consecutive years plans to stay on top with new special editions, new colors and improvement across the range. At McGrath Elmhurst Toyota, we’re always looking forward to exciting changes in Toyota vehicles, and we eagerly anticipate the arrival of the Tacoma special editions.

2021 Trail Special Edition
Toyota Tacoma owners love outdoor activities like camping, hiking and fishing. To celebrate and support outdoor fun in all its forms, Toyota will launch the 2021 Tacoma Trail Special Edition, which will provide convenience, extra storage space, and exclusive styling. This special edition is based on the SR5 trim and will be offered in both 2WD and 4WD powertrains. Buyers can choose from exterior colors that include Army Green, Cement, Midnight Black and Super White.

The Trail Special Edition comes with Dark Gray 16-inch TRD Off-Road wheels, Kevlar All-Terrain tires, the grille from the Tacoma Limited, black exterior badging, black seats with tan stitching, all-weather floor liners and a 120-volt power outlet in the bed. The insulated lockable bed storage has a driver-side drain plug that doubles as a cooler.

2021 Tacoma Nightshade Edition
While most Toyota Nightshade models are based on the SE trim levels, the 2021 Tacoma Nightshade is based on the more lavish Limited trim. It features black leather-trim seating and black exterior trim.

The Tacoma Nightshade Edition features 18-inch alloy wheels, Dark Smoke black fog light and exhaust tip bezels, as well as a darkened-chrome grille insert design. 2WD and 4WD are both on offer. Exterior paint colors include Magnetic Gray Metallic, Midnight Black Metallic and Windchill Pearl.

TRD Pro Lunar Rock Color
The Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro trim gets a new color called Lunar Rock, which replaces Army Green in the model’s range of colors. This new hue is sure to get plenty of attention, joining the other available colors, including Magnetic Gray Metallic, Midnight Black Metallic and Super White.
